In October 2023, Salomé Le Roy joins Altavia Group’s investment structure – Altavia Adventures – as Venture Capital Associate alongside Laetitia Gazel Anthoine, Managing Director of the fund and CEO of Hyperspread, and Sarah Gaïsset, Investment Director.
Her mission within the team is to detect ambitious startups with high growth potential in Adventures’ Future of Commerce thesis. The aim is to create value both for the Altavia Group and for the startups in which we invest. Indeed, the idea is to be able to envisage synergies with Altavia’s historic businesses, notably through the technological prism.
Salomé has developed expertise in this field over the course of her career. She previously worked at Silvr, a Revenue Based Financing player on the European market, whose purpose is to support the growth of digital startups, particularly Software-as-a-Service and e-tailers business models. She is therefore very familiar with the issues and needs of the latter.
She also had the opportunity to work at Doctolib in R&D financing and in Venture Capital at Bpifrance, after several experiences in startups. She has a cross-disciplinary understanding of these issues, as she has a dual background in finance, graduated from the Grande Ecole Program at Emlyon Business School, and in Business Law, and from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne.
